Pretzel Breading

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 6 or more depending on ages
2 cups Organic Vita Spelt Pretzels, Original
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup dry polenta
4 teaspoons herbs de Provence
1 teaspoons garlic salt
Put all ingredients in food processor and grind until completely ground and mixed. Put in a shallow pan or in a bag for breading fish, chicken, or turkey.
OPTIONS: Use in place of bread crumbs in recipes! For those without nutritional yeast, replace it with organic cheese or cheese alternative.
