Cheezy Potatoes & Broccoli

PREHEAT: Grill to 350 degrees F
PANS/EQUIPMENT: Grill, grater or food processor
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 45 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 6 or more depending on ages

6 medium potatoes
Scrub potatoes and carefully pierce each with a fork or knife. Wrap them in foil and cook them on the grill about 45 minutes or until done.

1 (8 ounce) block Lisanatti RiceCheeze – Cheddar Style
Shred with grater.

1 bag frozen broccoli
Steam broccoli according to package directions. Cut open potatoes and top with broccoli and cheese! Serve warm and enjoy!

OPTIONS: To save time, shred RiceCheeze with a food processor. Sprinkle paprika, cayenne, and/or chives on potatoes for added color and nutrients. Use fresh broccoli if you have it! Potatoes can also be baked at 350 degrees F in the oven.
